Revolutionary innovations: New technologies and ideas change the future!

In the field of innovations, SPANNRIT is one of the leading companies. We are the only manufacturer in Germany that produces all components in-house, from the plastic granulate to the finished insole blank – six granted patents stand for corresponding competence here. We produce with one of the most modern insole production lines in Europe. In the computer-controlled MEMOPUR^® foam plant, the molds are filled with insoles, the liquid foam is poured in, reacts out, and the footbeds are removed and trimmed. The system can be loaded with data separately at each stage of production, creating almost infinite variations in shape and material mix. The advantages are clear: production times are shortened, product precision is optimized, vertical integration is increased and product variety is enhanced – all at competitive prices!
