We are the specialists for innovative insole concepts. The range of services ranges from the manufacture of patented outsole to industrial injection moulding. All products are manufactured on our own high-tech production lines in Germany.
The injection molding machine fills the cavity of the insole blank with plastic, easily replacing six work steps. The result is a SPANNTEC® base blank without transitions, with a soft edge and a load-bearing core. Optionally made of plastic or cork.
Our employees then process this blank manually according to your wishes. You determine the design, the material of the ceiling and the type of bonding.
Thanks to the pre-assembly by our computer-aided machines, delivery times for large and small quantities remain equally short. We deliver ready-made insoles according to your wishes from the existing range within a few days.
